The Electronic Document Management System used at our university since 2018, in accordance with the TSE 13298 standard specified in the Prime Ministry’s Circular No. 2816 dated July 16, 2008, aims to:

Within the scope of e-Government and the university, by establishing the necessary software system, the aim is to:

• Ensure the security of documents by preventing loss and tampering,
• Track their stages electronically and enable querying and sharing within authorized scopes,
• Improve efficiency by reducing search and processing times,
• Facilitate easy and uninterrupted document flow between central and peripheral units as well as other institutions using the electronic document system,
• Achieve cost savings on document creation and transmission.

Additionally, analyzing business processes to implement necessary work and process optimizations, along with maintaining a proper backup policy to ensure the secure and reliable storage of institutional documents, are fundamental goals.
