Presidential Communication Center.
The Presidency Communication Center is a web service established in 2015 to allow individuals to directly submit their requests, notifications, and complaints to the Presidency. Through this portal, citizens of the Republic of Turkey can exercise their rights under the Law No. 4982 on the Right to Information and the Law No. 3071 on the Right to Petition.
To ensure that applications are processed, it is mandatory to enter the Turkish ID number, full name, and address information accurately and completely. Applications can also be submitted to CİMER via telephone or mail. Applications can be tracked using the application number automatically generated by the system. As of July 9, 2018, CİMER services have been integrated with BİMER services.
